Flow-down term
Government Functional Standard, GovS 008: Commercial, Version: 2.0, published by HM Government in September 2021, defines a flow-down term (pass-through clause or conduit clause) as: ‘A clause that binds a subcontractor to the general contractor in the same fashion as the general contractor is bound under its contract with their client.
